Cracked Screen RMA process

Unfortunately, cracked screens happen. But we're here to help! Here are the details:
To begin the process, please contact Nextbit Support at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once our agents determine if you're eligible for a repair, you'll be shipping your device to us at the following address:
Robin Repairs #ZD
290 King Street
San Francisco, CA 94107-6439
You'll give the agent the tracking number to show that your original Robin is on its way. When we receive the device, we'll review it and repair or replace it. We'll cover the cost of shipment back to you!
