Definitely. I feel that the Robin's battery life will get that SOT after updates, just like the 5X...

I feel theres room to improve, but how much better can it get really? I think we'll only see decent battery when the custom roms come around, and that's when I'll get a robin for real this time

Re: Nexus 5X vs Nextbit Robin

Nice overview - described pretty much my experience with the 5X so far. I normally dont use cases on my phones but I got one for the 5X because I find it almost too thin and hard to pick up from a flat table. Althought it feels fine without a case, the case makes it that much better for handling. Beside the fast finger print sensor, the fast-charging on USB-C is fantastic new experience for me. In terms of the 2 GB RAM, my average use is 86% so not an issue for me.

I have a 6p and I am waiting on my Robin. Will post back here when I can provide some insight. Also I am a google fi user and may try to go rogue and use the fi sim card in my Robin when it arrives.

Thank you! Do you have any thoughts about the 6P (primarily the camera, as it is the same as the 5X)?

Thanks! If possible, can you provide us with the name of the case that you used as some forum members are thinking about a case? I'm glad that @Baymax and you @viirgon did not have problems with the fingerprint sensor and RAM...

Re: Nexus 5X vs Nextbit Robin

My roommate has a 5x and I really do think that the 6p has a more premium feel thoug I am not a big photographer so the camera is not a big deal. The bigger issue I have run into is that I am a projbect fi subscriber and now though my robin has arrived I have little use for it because it is not project fi compatible.
