STILL WAITING ON REPLACEMENT ROBIN 3 MONTHS LATER

I buy a robin.

It stops working.

I talk to support.

I send it back.

They tell me to wait 5 days.

This was in January.

It is now April 1st.

It's April first and the fool is me for putting my trust in this company. Every time i've called or emailed a customer service representative they tell me the same generic story that there was a delivery delay or talk about how they were bought out by Razer. Being bought out is not an excuse to have your customers waiting MONTHS for a replacement phone. It's not my fault your product stopped working and it's just ridiculous that I've had to wait THREE MONTHS. I will be reporting you to both The Better Bussiness Bureau and The Federal Trade Commission. This is insane that you have your customers and people who backed you on Kickstarter waiting on your product with no consolation or compensation.
