@sadams71 Hmmmm to delete everything on cloud and start from scratch, you will need to contact the customer service reps. You can contact them via live chat here between 9am PST and 6pm PST: https://help.nextbit.com
Please do back up all your information before you contact them just in case.
Other wise another thing you might want to consider is a factory reset (since uninstalling and reinstalling smart storage via google play store doesn;t work). If not flash to factory images But like i mentioned, please back up everything before you do that.
