Smart storage has stopped

After a factory reset smart storage keeps stopping. While doing a first time sync it keeps stopping over and over again. A few greyed out apps show up after tapping on one I get error code client not connect.

Have you tried:

  1. Clearing cache 
    Settings --> apps --> Smart storage --> Storage --> Clear Cache

  2. Uninstalling, logging out, reinstalling smart storage, logging in

Yes, as well as deleting the data. I have also tried on wifi and mobile.

Is there a way to delete what is there and start over?

@sadams71 Hmmmm to delete everything on cloud and start from scratch, you will need to contact the customer service reps.  You can contact them via live chat here between 9am PST and 6pm PST: https://help.nextbit.com Smiley Happy

 

Please do back up all your information before you contact them just in case.

 

Other wise another thing you might want to consider is a factory reset (since uninstalling and reinstalling smart storage via google play store doesn;t work). If not flash to factory images Smiley Happy But like i mentioned, please back up everything before you do that.
